In Mumbai, the 12th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Karmayogi Bharat convened, marking significant progress in the initiative.

- The Board celebrated two significant achievements: surpassing 1 crore course enrolments and offering over 1000 courses on the platform.
- Integration of the e-HRMS platform with iGOT Karmayogi was lauded for facilitating role-based governance, enabling the deployment of officers based on their competencies and capabilities.
- Collaboration with NITI for States platform was acknowledged, particularly the importance of SAMARTH-curated programs in driving capacity-building initiatives at block and district levels.
- The launch of courses on three new criminal laws passed by Parliament—Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023; and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023—as well as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, was commended.
- The Jan Karmayogi initiative, aimed at empowering field officials to effectively implement key development programs, received appreciation.
