UPSC Scholarship Test

(GENERAL STUDIES FOUNDATION COURSE– 2024-25) Test Date: 8th October, 2023

Believers IAS is proud to announce the launch of our Scholarship Programme, tailored to support students seeking coaching in the English medium for their Civil Services Examination preparation. Our core aim is to deliver high-caliber coaching to exceptionally talented students who are dedicated to their pursuit of success in the Civil Services Examination. 

Through this initiative, eligible students have the opportunity to access significant financial concessions, potentially covering up to 100% of the coaching fees. 

The scholarship Test will be held on 8th October Sunday; Timing: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm (90 minutes)

• Only students who have completed their enrollment by Thursday of the respective week will be eligible to participate in the test. 
• Registration for the Scholarship Programme is currently open.
• The Scholarship Test will be conducted both ONLINE and OFFLINE at our branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi.
• Kindly be aware that the Scholarship Test can be taken in either an online or offline mode, allowing flexibility to suit your preference.

Procedure for Registration & Result – Online Scholarship Test

The examination is scheduled to commence promptly at 11:00 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, with a total duration of 90 minutes.

Please take note of the following important information:

• Once the allotted test duration expires, the test will automatically lock, preventing further access. Therefore, it is imperative to adhere to the designated time frame.
• The results of the examination will be officially declared by Monday evening. Each candidate will receive their result score via SMS and email on Monday. In the event that you do not receive the SMS or email notification by the specified day, we kindly request you reach out to us for support. SCHOLARSHIP SYLLABUS:

Current Affairs 

• Month Covered: August 2023
• Question Format: Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Total Questions: 75
• Questions are prepared from our Monthly magazine Believers Mantra

Marking Scheme:

• Correct Answers: 2 marks each
• Negative Marking: 0.66 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer
• No marks will be deducted for leaving a question unanswered
• Total Marks: 150

  IAS COACHING SCHOLARSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

·         This scholarship test is for providing IAS Coaching and fee concession to the deserving candidates based on their performance.

·         This test is not for providing any cash benefits to the students in Coaching.

·         Believers IAS will not bear any expenses related to undertaking the 1-year IAS Coaching (under scholarship) such as those for lodging and food in Bangalore.

·         Believers IAS has discretion in all the matters related to entrance exam and coaching and the decision taken by Believers IAS will be final.

·         Believers IAS reserves the right to terminate the facility given to the student at any point of time during the course. You are expected to attend the classes regularly. In case of a lack of discipline of following your study schedule, your IAS Coaching Scholarship maybe discontinued and passed on to next eligible candidate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Upon successful selection for the course, you will receive notification regarding your assigned batch and its corresponding timing.

Following the declaration of the scholarship test results, it is imperative to complete the following steps within 6 days:

• Submission of Required Documents: You will need to submit the necessary documents as specified to secure your seat for the Civil Services Examination coaching.
• Payment of Fees: To confirm your enrollment, the requisite course fees must be submitted.

Additionally, you will have the flexibility to choose your preferred batch and month for the coaching program. We appreciate your prompt attention to these requirements and look forward to assisting you in your journey towards Civil Services Examination preparation.

I. Documents Required:

(a) Scanned copy of Matriculation Certificate.

(b) Scanned copy of Graduation Certificate (if in the final year – send a scanned copy of 1st & 2nd-year Mark-sheet).

(c) Scanned copy of Aadhar Card or any other document for Address Proof.

(d) Two (2) recent passport sized photographs.

II. Seat Confirmation Payment:

(a) To reserve the seat Rs. 20,000/- should be paid in favor of – Believers IAS Academy for Education & Training Private Limited. (via Demand Draft / Cheque / NEFT (internet banking).

(b) In case of failure to complete the formalities under the stipulated period, the scholarship award will be canceled and passed to other eligible candidates.
