- Demonstrated the use of Continuous Operating Reference Stations (CORS), AI, and ML for real-time land data monitoring.
Hands-On Demonstrations and Training:
- Live drone survey demonstration conducted at Alipur Gram Panchayat, Gurugram, under the SVAMITVA Scheme.
- Provided practical exposure to digital land administration using GIS applications.
SVAMITVA Scheme Achievements:
- 3.2 lakh villages surveyed across 31 States/UTs; 2.43 crore property cards issued.
- Enabled accurate land demarcation with 5 cm precision using high-resolution GIS mapping.
- It boosted rural economic potential by validating property ownership and enabling access to bank loans and financial services.
India’s Commitment to Global Cooperation:
- Reinforced South-South Cooperation and international collaboration in land governance.
- India expressed readiness to share expertise and technology for capacity building in partner countries.
