India – Bangladesh Relations
Context:
A bilateral meeting was recently held between India’s Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and senior officials from Bangladesh’s Ministry of Public Administration, including Rectors (Secretaries) of four Capacity Building Institutions.

- Execution of a Senior Executive Development Program.
- Organization of an Alumni Meet for Bangladeshi Civil Servants at the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG).
- Participation of Bangladeshi Civil Servants in the upcoming 27th National e-Governance Conference.
- The NCGG has successfully conducted 71 Capacity Building Programs, training 2,660 Bangladesh Civil Service Officers from 2014 to 2024. Following this success, both nations have agreed to extend their collaboration, planning capacity-building programs for an additional 1,500 civil servants between 2025 and 2030.
