UPSC CSE Prelims 2021-Postponed
UPSC CSE Prelims 2021 that was scheduled to be conducted on June 27 has been officially postponed, and the new exam date for the exam is October 10 as announced in the same notification.
As the number of Covid-19 cases has been rising at a fast pace, most of the coaching institutes have shut down their offline classes, and online classes are being conducted for the aspirants.
On the other hand, with the ongoing pandemic situation, it is also not safe to conduct the exam until the situation turns normal. India is almost recording 3.5 to 4 lakh cases per day
Earlier, the Commission had postponed the interviews of the Civil Services Examination, 2020, that was earlier scheduled, with the same reason for the steep surge in the Covid-19 cases.
UPSC has taken a decision on the postponement of the CSE Prelims 2021 exam. Meanwhile, students are advised to continue with their preparation for the exam to keep the momentum. UPSC CSE Prelims 2021 admit card is expected to be released in the last week of September.
